Synopsis: The Thirsty Man

Shortly after the eighth Tokugawa had claimed the shogunate during a period of unsettled politics, a truly remarkable individual arrived in Edo. Possessing captivating eyes and stunning features that seemed to have been plucked straight from a work of art, this man was none other than Kainage Mondo - newly appointed as the poison taster for the shogun's household. Despite this prestigious position, a clandestine group of Koga ninjas had already devised a plan to harm both Yoshimune and Mondo.
